Back on the mainland…

Well, after a wild round of visits and a couple of smoking busy craft fairs on the island I’m back in the office and playing catch up again.  As usual, the more interesting things that are happening, the harder it is to find the time to blog about them (especially when it’s a half hour drive to the nearest internet connection from where you’re staying!) but I’ll try to get a bit caught up over the next while.

I’m just getting started with some new patterns in my life that include time each day for ME to write – not just work on other people’s books!, time each day to blog whatever interesting stuff I’ve come across that day, and time to actually cook proper meals and enjoy them at a civilized pace sitting at a nicely set table.  I can’t stress enough how excited I am to be home most evenings now after 5 years of working nights ; )

For tonight, I’m catching up on the last of my marking for the creative writing courses I teach, and then I’ll be putting the finishing touches on my website building course tomorrow night….but stay tuned for more regular useful info and tidbits than you’re used to seeing…
